The buses of Malta are cheap and useful yet also nightmarish. If you can make sense of the bus routes, you've got a better brain on your shoulders than Dr. Frickin' PhD here. Also, many of the vehicles in Malta (particularly buses) are old cast-offs from other countries. Choose your deathtrap.
Another Maltese oddity - house names. If you get past the rather dull and tawdry saint-inspired names that are too commonplace to be inspired in any sense, then you can uncover gems such as Peer Gynt, Swansea and Redeemer. The last one sounds like the name of some secret weapon in Doom.
