In a previous installment, I explained Kai's fascination with my keyboard, and loves to attack it. Kai doesn't type, he slaps and punches. Now, I like my keyboard, but attempts to keep him away from it do not work. He is simply too interested in objects to ignore them; everything is coloured with wonder. He whines and howls if I try to keep him behind a cordon of safety.
The alternative is to give him what he wants. Unfortunately he still reaches over the disconnected keyboard towards the real one. It rattles a lot more, especially if under duress.
