Here are some of the results. The roads started moving a bit later in the day, but many side roads, minor roads were remained blocked. Trains were down, buses weren't running. Cars would drive a short distance and then become ensnared.
It was lovely for someone who would genuinely get the day off but I had access to work over the internet. We would trade on. It was a stressful day, in fact, trying to manage everything from a single monitor at home (I live with four at work) and unable to talk directly to anyone, relying on the medium of e-mail. Aki and Kai had a nice day though.
