Three days before leaving Japan, Aki and I went on a day trip to Nikko. Sadly, the weather was quite dismal and our excitement crumbled rapidly as we discovered that someone had replaced the Kegon falls with impenetrable white fog.
Aki is pictured here before one of the numerous structures you can see at Nikko. Generally a little more colourful than your usual brown Japanese temples and shrines.
