Here's another fine place to eat at Ikspiari, lively and vegetarian-friendly. This is the Monsoon Cafe and I didn't discover it until after I'd visited Ikspiari several times. It offers a selection of South Asian dishes. It's quite large and busy but I would hesitate to use the word noisy.
Incidentally, around the time this picture was taken, the building was gently rocked by an earth tremor. The lanterns were swaying but I shrugged it off and carried on eating my noodles.
