Okay, if I'm going to lie then I should get the lie over and done with quickly. This isn't a Christmas in Tokyo picture at all. This is a new building being constructed in St. Mary's Ax, London, called the Swiss-Re Tower. I came across the building while doing some travelling in London at Christmas. The top of the building blazes green and blue at night, so it does its best to stand out rather than fit in.
Apparently it's using a new form of construction where the lower offices can actually be used while the top of the building is still being constructed. Although, I'm not sure if I'd like to work in an office still designated as a construction site.
(Thanks to Rob Stichbury for the building details)
