Later on our second day in Auckland, we travelled by ferry across to Devonport, a quaint little town on the opposite side of Auckland Harbour.
We spent the rest of the day clambering up a couple of extinct volcanoes, North Head and Mt.Victoria. The views were fantastic, particularly with the clear weather. Even though a single drop of rain didn't come our way, we were treated to several rainbows throughout the afternoon.
Above you can see Aki at the top of Mt.Victoria at sunset. Quiet and tranquil.
