I never understood what this gesture was supposed to mean. At least I got a synchronised and consistent pose out of the girls.

This kind of bizarre stunt was commonplace at the Wilco Tokyo company meetings. Going from left to right, at the back, we have Keiko-san and Queenie, while at the front, we have Namiko-san, Kimitsuka-san and Aso-san. I don't think any of these people work for Wilco anymore.
