Here's a shot of Aki and myself after a night of eating with Tomoko-san and Keiko-san. We had been working pretty hard on the JP Morgan Gloss implementation at the time, specifically on the confirmations module. Ah, the happy memories. How the hours of overtime flew by.

We weren't seeing each other when this picture was taken. If only I could go back in time and warn myself. "Dude, " I would open with, "you're gonna marry this chick."

And then my 2001 counterpart would look concerned and whisper, "I use the words chick and dude in 2004? Kill me right now."
