Edinburgh: St. Giles' Cathedral

The last thing we went to see in Edinburgh, before going home back to London with all its, er, homely charm, was St. Giles' Cathedral. It is a beautiful cathedral - and we've seen quite a few - and the stonework is impressive, particularly in the Thistle Chapel. Here you can see one of the detailed stained glass windows that line its exterior walls.

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is the end of our Scotland adventure.
