I was literally ridiculed in school for having an affinity for Transformers. I defended myself vigourously, by explaining the plots had depth, characterization and morality which was missing from many other so-called "contemporary" animation series. I also tried to explain it was full of cool robots and shooting and stuff. However, at the age of 29, one would hope that this chapter would be closed.
No, not so! As soon as I saw giant robots at Eigamura it all came flooding back. Okay, sure these aren't Transformers but give me a break. They're close enough...
